Luke is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, specializing in helping clients move better and live with less pain. His approach combines medical massage, deep tissue, myofascial, and trigger point techniques with stretching and corrective exercise to address the underlying causes of pain, to improve mobility and function.
He works with clients managing chronic pain, postural dysfunction, repetitive stress injuries, and sports related conditions. Each treatment is tailored to the individual, with education and home care recommendations built in to support lasting results.
Before becoming a massage therapist, Luke worked as a Physical Therapy Technician and Personal Trainer, building a strong foundation in human movement, functional anatomy, and exercise programming. That background informs how he integrates rehabilitation principles with manual therapy to deliver effective, evidence informed care.
